RAW MATERIAL

In order to strictly control the quality of raw materials, all raw materials must be fully inspected by metallographic microscope to meet the national testing standards before they can be put into production.

PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT

Our company has advanced forging production line, car processing production line, grinding processing production line, heat treatment production line, professional inspection team and assembly workshop. More than 20 sets of ordinary lathes and CNC lathes of various models; More than 30 semi-automatic grinding machines for surface, crankshaft, inner circle, inner groove and outer circle; There are also metallographic microscope, magnetic particle flaw detector, roughness detector, hardness tester bearing detector and a variety of measuring instruments.

We have 30 technicians and 56 quality control personnel. From the use of raw materials to the final assembly of bearings, every process is strictly in accordance with the relevant standards of quality system requirements to control and acceptance, all products to achieve traceability, to ensure that unqualified products do not leave the factory.
