Established in May 2005, our forging branch has more than 50 employees, including 3 senior engineers, 6 intermediate technicians and 3 quality management engineers. Through unremitting efforts in recent years, our forging branch factory can not only meet our own needs of bearing production forgings, but also contract forgings processing, strictly control the quality and ensure the delivery date. After years of production and foreign cooperation, it has won high praise and trust from domestic and foreign customers, especially European and American customers.

The forging plant mainly produces forging rings and semi-finished bearings with external diameters of 200-1800mm for cone, cylinder, self-aligning and ball bearings, with an annual output of 10,000 tons. The forging equipment includes free forging hammer, ring suppressors, JA31-630, JA31-250 and JA31-160 punches, D51-500, D51-350, D51-250 and D51-160 drillers, and RTJ-220 and RTJ-180 annealing furnaces.

We use high quality raw materials (bearing steel and surface carburized carbon steel) produced by leading manufacturers, including Dalian Jinniu Iron & Steel Co., LTD., northeast Special Steel Group, Shanghai Baosteel Group's vacuum degasified steel and America Temkin Co., LTD. (Electroslag remelting carburized carbon steel).

The quality of all raw materials is strictly controlled. They must pass the international and domestic quality standards after being examined by metallographic microscope. Our forging branch factory has passed iso9001-2008 international quality system certification, which provides effective guarantee for product quality.
